The Silverdale run went well. Good weather always helps and seven riders turned up.
We dropped in to see the Jim Meadows bike collection and everybody was impressed with his Manx Norton and all the rest of his bikes.
Some of the members were also impressed with the bike lift that just rises up out of the floor in the house but they did not think their good ladies would allow them to have one in the house themselves.

We then left Jim Meadows and carried on to Glasson Dock for a brew and after that we headed off to Silverdale. There was bad traffic congestion through Lancaster and Carnforth but we all arrived at the Woodlands Pub for the lunch stop without any problems.

From the Woodlands we took in some nice country lanes across to Kirkby Lonsdale and stopped at Devils Bridge but it was to crowded for us lads so we left and rode across to Bull Beck at Caton for a brew and after after that we headed back home.
